Biography
David Manch was born and raised in New Hampshire, and began his passion for photography in 1979 when given a Pentax K1000 35mm camera as a cherished Christmas gift. David attended photography school in 1987 and continued to develop his skills into the new field of digital photography in 1998. After relocating to Massachusetts in 2010, David founded Silver Crescent Photography, an outlet for both commercial and creative photographic endeavors. David has been featured in The Boston Sunday Globe, The Springfield Republican and Boston Voyager Magazine for his photographic artistry of decaying abandonments, and has been a featured photographer more than 140 times on Instagram. He has done promotional photography for major music acts such as JJ Savage, VICE, The Revel, Joe Bouchard, and Blue Oyster Cult.
