In exchange for my participation in a Silver Crescent PhotographyWorkshop, I do hereby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless event organizers David Manch and Michael Minicucci (DBA Silver Crescent Photography and 4ONE3 Photography) and the principal property owners from any and all liability , claims or demands for personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damage and expense of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the undersigned and the participant that occur while said person is participating in the above described event. The undersigned acknowledges that they have been informed that they cannot move or disturb furnishings or objects in the location and that any damage that occurs as a result of their influence will be their sole responsibilty to reimburse the owners of the location, if required. The undersigned acknowledges that they will act in accordance with the instructions they are provided and that any actions that result in adverse conditions as a result of their deviation from those instructions will be their responsibility. The undersigned assumes complete liability for their actions and have been instructed that should they not agree to this stipulation that they should not enter the event nor should they sign their name below assuming complete and sole responsibility for the results of their actions.
