Silver Crescent Photography and Buried By Time Photography present the Paramount Theater Photography Workshop: Return to the Hippodrome. This event takes place on Saturday, July 18th and offers two sessions. A: 9:00am-12:30pm, B: 12:30pm-4:00pm. Cost of admission is $80.00 per photographer with an optional model fee of $25.00 per model (accompanied by a paid photographer.) A limited number of All Day Passes are available for $110.00 each. This event is cash-at-the-door, and you must reserve your spot online.
Built in 1929 by Famous Players-Lasky Corporation (later Paramount Pictures Inc.), at a cost of over $1 million, the Paramount Theatre was the most ornate theatre in Western Massachusetts in its glory days as a picture palace.
