Silver Crescent Photography and Buried By Time Photography present the Fort Adams Photography Workshop III taking place Saturday May 11. This exclusive workshop takes place at a wildly popular location and provides access to many places in the fort that are off-limits to the public and other photography tours, including the bowling alley, latrine, kitchen and officers' quarters. This colonial-era bastioned fortress was built in 1824 and stood in operation through many wars, finally being decommissioned in 1950. Overlooking beautiful Narragansett Bay, this location features great photo opportunities inside and out. The skill building that will be the focus of this workshop is Low Light Photography. There will be two sessions at this event, limited to 20 people per session. Please choose either the morning Session A (9:00am-1:00pm) or afternoon Session B (1:30pm-5:30pm) pay tab when paying for your reservation. (Session reservations are subject to availability.) Admission is $80 per person. All day passes are available for only $130. Models are permitted along with a paid photography for an additional $25. Please note that no one under the age of 18 will be admitted to this event. Only prepaid entrants will be permitted, and no cash admissions will be accepted at the gate unless arranged in advance.
Workshop Terms and Conditions: You must sign a waiver to participate in this event. Because of the limited number of participants that will be granted admission, there are NO REFUNDS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL, (except in case of workshop cancellation.) You may sell your spot to someone else if you're unable to attend so long as you notify Silver Crescent Photography of the substitution. If the workshop is cancelled because of inclement weather or facility availability, then a full refund will be granted. Silver Crescent Photography is not responsible for travel expenses or other incidentals incurred due to event cancellation. By paying admission you certify that you are physically able to walk up and down stairs and on uneven terrain. There are no accommodations available at this location and you acknowledge that you can participate without them.
